nutritional and allergen information that we display is provided by food manufacturers,
ingredient suppliers and other third parties.
When precise nutritional or allergen information is important to you due to a diet restriction, an allergy, or a medical condition, the information in this web application isn't a substitute for discussing your situation with your school food service director and following their guidance as well as reading any labels, ingredient lists and warnings provided in the cafeteria. Definitions
Food Provider:
Franklin Township Community School Corporation ("Organization")
and
any affiliated entities, collectively;
Menus Provider:
Nutrislice, Inc., any affiliated entities, and the Food Provider, collectively.
Acceptance of Terms
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE (the “Terms”) ARE A LEGALLY
BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU, the user (‘You” or "User");
Nutrislice, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (“Nutrislice”); and the Food Provider. You
agree to not
use this software (“Software,” which shall be defined as any interface, display,
code, or graphic
deployed on Nutrislice’s website or mobile applications) until you have fully read these Terms
and Conditions of Service, and You agree to be bound by the same. Your use of the Software
indicates Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Service.
You agree that the Menus Provider is not responsible for any errors or omissions, whether the
result of negligence or otherwise, in the information or Software, or for the results produced
therefrom, or the outcome arising out the use of such information.
The information provided through the Software is not a substitute for Your own due diligence or
consultation with appropriate medical professionals.
MENUS, FOOD ITEMS, DESCRIPTIONS, INGREDIENTS, ALLERGEN LISTS, FOOD
PREPARATION METHODS, AND OTHER DETAILS REGARDING THE FOODS ARE
SUBJECT TO FREQUENT CHANGES AND YOU BEAR THE ULTIMATE
RESPONSIBILITY OF TAKING THE REGULAR OCCURRENCE OF SUCH CHANGES

This Software is intended to serve as a guide only. The purpose of this Software is to provide
information relative to meal and ingredient options, given an individual’s food preferences. Its
goal is to provide an efficient method to filter through the Food Provider’s various menu
offerings, (based on the Food Provider’s publicly disclosed representations of food ingredients
contained in their menu offerings), and, to produce instantaneous menus that highlight the details
of the ingredients of menu choices for the Food Provider’s customers.
You fully understand the software's GUIDE ONLY spirit and intent. Accordingly, You agree to
not assert any claims of any manner against the Menus Provider for any information presented
on or through the Software. Furthermore, You agree not to present or maintain any claims
against the Menus Provider indirectly through any third party, including family members, wards,
or otherwise
